Diagnostic enquiries

Our enquiry form collects a parent or guardian’s name, phone number, the student’s year group and consent to be contacted. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange the diagnostic.

Form delivery

The form sends your details to Web3Forms, our form delivery provider, so the enquiry can reach Vertex. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy for its handling of submitted data.

Website services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request those font files. The contact page can load an embedded Google Map when you choose to show it. Social links open Instagram or TikTok only when selected. The website uses Google Ads tags to measure enquiries and calls resulting from advertising. Google may use cookies and advertising click information for this measurement, and may display a forwarding number to measure calls. See Google’s advertising information. Standard hosting access logs may be generated when you visit.
